At 66, I understand firsthand that staying healthy, strong, and active doesn't happen by accident. Like many adults, I've experienced the challenges of stress, injuries, recovery setbacks, sleep struggles, busy schedules, and the realities of aging.
My passion is helping adults improve strength, mobility, energy, balance, and overall wellness through practical, sustainable strategies that fit real life.
I believe health is built during the other 167 hours of the week. Exercise is important, but so are nutrition, sleep, recovery, stress management, and healthy lifestyle habits.
