Osteoporosis

Strong bones mean fewer fractures and more independence. I use safe, weight - bearing and resistance exercises to protect bone density andkeep you moving with confidence. Look at the stats: 10 million of Americans have osteoporosis. 44 million people have low density (Osteopenia) putting them at an increased risk. 

Balance is important

Good balance reduces, falls improves posture, and keeps you active. I train balance through simple, progressive movements that strengthen your core and stability for daily life. Over 14 million U.S. Adults age 65+ -about 1 in 4 report falling each year. More than 3 million older adults are treated in emergency departments each year due to fall related injuries. 1 million are hospitalized.

Parkinson's Disease

For those with Parkinson's, movement is medicine. I use rhythm, big motions, and functional training to improve mobility, reduce stiffness, and boost everyday confidence. The numbers may be surprising, 1.1 million people in the U.S. are living with Parkinson's. Nearly 90,000 new cases are diagnosed in the U.S. each year. Men are about 1.5 times more likely to develop Parkinson's.
