Strong arms support more than just lifting weights-they help with daily tasks and protect joints. This routine, targets biceps & triceps - the key muscles for strong, toned arms. Focus on form first. Progress gradually. Once 3 sets of 12 reps feel easy, it's time to move up in weight. Controlled movements = big results over time.
